Tuesday Track Night Norbourne Loop 10 x 300m

📍 Meet at Waggener High School Track Parking Lot
🕡 Warmup run begins at 6:30 PM

We’re back to Norbourne yet again this week! We'll run 10 x 300m with 100m jog in between for recovery.

We’ll complete a 5 minute dynamic warmup together before an easy warmup run through the neighborhood to Norbourne and cool down together afterward.
