With certifications in Gallup Strengths Coaching, Everything DiSC, and Crucial Conversations, Dr. Rechtin knows how to translate leadership theory into practical, immediately usable tools.

Through interactive peer dialogue, guided reflection, and applied exercises, you'll dig into the leadership skills that actually move the needle: understanding your own patterns under pressure, building trust across teams and roles, and creating real influence without relying on title or authority.
