Grief can feel confusing and overwhelming for children — but they don’t have to face it alone. G-FORCE is a peer-centered education, support, and connection group designed for youth coping with the loss of a loved one. Through activities, conversation, and guided support, children learn healthy ways to understand and express their grief within a safe, caring community.

This free weekly program helps kids feel seen, supported, and understood while giving parents and guardians confidence that their child has a nurturing space to process emotions.
