At YogiSmart, we create a playful, nurturing space where children explore yoga's rich history, discover the power of breath, and build confidence through fun poses, calming meditations, and creative activities that inspire connection and growth.

Playful Yoga Adventures: Explore animal poses, partner yoga, yoga stories, and interactive yoga games designed to spark imagination and promote physical strength and flexibility.

Nutrition Fun: Learn about healthy food choices and building lifelong nutrition habits through fun and delicious experiences.

Creative Crafts: Dive into yoga-inspired art, from designing mindfulness jars and painting mandalas to creating their own yoga props and nature crafts that encourage mindfulness and creativity.

Music & Movement Games: Dance, sing, and move to rhythm-based games that promote coordination, joy, and connection with fellow campers.

Mindfulness & Connection: Practice simple meditation techniques, gratitude circles, and friendship-building games in a safe, supportive environment.
