Topics we may cover include circles (hip, single knee, Mill, elbow, back, armpit, and more), drops (to ankles, to knees, to pike or straddle...), releases (cut catch, penny drop, knee beat 1/2 turn), and moves from beats. Students of all levels are welcome; drills and progressions will be provided!

Prereqs: You will get the most out of this workshop if you can do at least one pull-up, but the only requirements are that you can invert independently and that you have some familiarity/comfort with beats from hands and knees.
