Meditations are somatic (body-up), compassion-based, trauma & neurocognitive informed. Variations provided throughout (including instruction for walking meditation), beginners welcome, fidgets & art supplies welcome if stillness isn’t your thing. All guidance is invitational & includes a period of silent meditation.

It’s best to park on Wyoming St. at Indiana & Missouri Ave. and follow the sidewalk up to the hill above the smaller duck pond.

Bring a cushion, blanket or chair, water bottle & whatever else you need for the weather. Please refrain from substances - this space is offered for the sober & sober curious as an after-work alternative.
