His ministry has included advocacy alongside labor unions, pastoral support for working communities, and academic research on the Church’s long tradition of defending the rights of workers.

Brother Homan’s passion for this work is rooted in his belief that labor is not simply an economic reality but a sacred act that reflects human dignity and the image of God in each person.
