I am running an **Ayurvedic Sweet Treats workshop **on Monday **25th Aug**! Join me and other inspiring woman next week at **Introduced** St Leonard’s for SHE WHO KNOWS.

RINKEL is opening their doors to curious, adventurous and like minded women to enjoy a week long programme of curated talks and classes.

Their belief is that whilst experts are important to learn from, we can forget to listen to our own intuition and guiding voice. We actually know what’s best for our unique body and soul, more than we realise.
