Join Jess and Elle as they come together to bring you a Saturday afternoon of soulful connection; an invitation to release what no longer serves, reset your body and elevate into 2026 feeling aligned, revitalised, renewed and deeply connected.
We'll move through:
Jess is an experienced Mind-Body Coach, Breathwork Facilitator & Practitioner of NLP, Hypnosis & ECT. She also has a background in Psychology and promotes wellness through holisitic and integrative lens.
Elle is a passionate Yoga & Meditation facilitator and Reiki practitioner who combines years of studies in the arts, mental health and various therapies with a love for all things nature.
