Surya Rising

Join us for an energising sunrise yoga flow, a gentle yet awakening practice designed to help you greet the day with intention, movement, and connection.

Surya translates to sun in Sanskrit, and what better way to greet the new day than by flowing with the rising sun? Each morning brings its own light, and even on cloudy days, the sun always finds a way to shine through at just the right moment.

Who can come?

Whether it’s your first ever yoga class or you're a regular practitioner, this is a welcoming space for everyone. We're journeying together.

What do I need to bring?
- Yoga mat or towel
- Layers for changing weather
- Water bottle
- Bathers (if you want a post yoga dip)

How much does it cost?

Tickets are $15

This practice is an offering from me to you, and the $15 ticket acts as a simple commitment fee that helps keep these sessions sustainable. Studio classes often cost around $25, but I want this space to remain accessible for everyone.
