If it gets too much we will only cancel if its a flooding out situation - on the rare heavy rain moments we move to the ENCORE GROUP EVENTS SPACE.WHAT TO BRING: Bring a mat or a towel, a jumper if its cold, something to swim in if you're feeling adventurous.MORE ABOUT THE CLASSES:The sessions combine breath, meditation, kriya, yoga, movement & connection.
