You will first be guided through a grounding sound journey, leading you into deep relaxation before I quietly move around to each person, carefully placing the therapeutic-grade singing bowls on your body and softly playing them. The bowls have a vibro-acoustic effect, which means you will hear the sounds and feel the vibrations in your body.This event is designed to nurture and soothe your nervous system.The number of guests in this group is limited to seven people to provide an intimate experience where you may be able to release and relax deeply.Held in a private studio in St Kilda East (near Alma Rd), upon booking, the address will be sent to you via email.
