When gentle sounds are offered during relaxation, the mind attaches to the sound and is able to drop deeper into stillness than when there is silence.You're invited to join an intimate group in a candle lit studio on Wednesday 26th August for a night of nurture.This sound bath is about arriving, connecting to yourself, feeling comfortable and supported so you can rest and repair. The sound journey is designed to calm the mind and body and help you return to your natural balance and harmony.I will be playing a gentle soundscape that includes quartz crystal bowls, Wind and Tam Tam Gongs and Peter Hess Bowls. The sounds will start with grounding, deep resonant tones to settle you into the present moment. Flowing and gentle the frequencies then guide you into a trance like state of relaxation, rest and repair.Every sound bath is unique, with a different experience each week.The event is held in an intimate private studio in St Kilda East, set in nature. The sounds bounce off the walls, creating an immersive sound experience. Upon booking, the address will be sent to you via email. The group size is limited to 13 people. Due to uneven stepping stones, this event is not suitable for those who are mobility impaired or heavily pregnant.You are welcome to arrive anytime from 7:20 pm to settle into your spot. The gate is locked at 7:40 pm when sound begins.Please avoid wearing perfume or fragrances to the session.
