Stay Strong, Stay Healthy Level 1

Meet twice a week for eight weeks for this one-hour strength training class especially developed for beginners or those coming back to working out after a break. Complete a pre-test to determine your beginning level and then participate in the class for eight weeks. Take a post-test at the end of the sessions to measure your progress.

This is a free program for persons 60 and older that live in Andres, Buchanan, and Clinton counties. Classes meet at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO 64501 on Wednesdays and Friday's from 12:30-1:30 pm, January 7 thru February 27.
