Glow Yoga Returns!

Glow Yoga returns! A celebration and Interserve benefit class.
Doors open at 6:30 with time to get flashy before yoga from 7:00 to 8:15pm.

Multiple instructors will lead a class of gentle movement, chanting, and sound bath savasana to kick off a great new year! Dress in white or neon and come accessorized to light up the ultraviolet room. Refreshments will be served after the class.

Please bring healthy non-perishable food or monetary donation to Interserve. Spare yoga mats will be available if you do not own one. This will be Glow Yoga #8, a formerly annual event returning after a pandemic hiatus!
