Join me on either Saturday or Sunday morning at 9am (weather dependent event) for an hour long gentle beginner yoga class. 

As this is a weather dependent event, and which morning depends on which day is "more optimal"! I've learned that I gotta "roll" with the Newfoundland weather!!  Announcement will be made on Friday afternoon and will be posted in the FB Group Ease into Yoga with Nadine and emailed by Friday evening to those who sign up for email. Sign up below.

All classes through July and August are FREE! 

WHEN: 9am starting July 11-12th

WHO: Beginner's 

WHERE: Southlands Community Center; Soccer field green where the ground is level (tucked in behind the trees for privacy)
