How Each Saturday Works

1. Baker Drop‑Off
• 	Bakers arrive at 1:30 pm with their prepared entry.
• 	Please bring enough samples for the number of registered judges (e.g., 20 judges = 20 samples).

2. Tasting Session
• 	Doors open at 2:00 pm.
• 	Judges receive a tasting plate, a ballot, and a number corresponding to each baker.

3. Voting
• 	Judges taste at their own pace.
• 	Ballots are collected at the end of the session.
• 	Votes are tallied and the winner is announced.

Note: Given the wide range of possible allergies, we are unable to guarantee an allergy‑free environment. Judges should remain mindful of this and participate at their own risk.
