TC4C is a collective of St. John's residents that are living outside, in shelters, under slumlords, in forced conditions, and safely housed. We are horrified and deeply impacted by the housing crisis in St. John's that is fueled by profit and greed. The high cost of rent and weak housing regulations are pushing people into unsafe and scary situations. We are building community power through mutual aid and demanding systemic change to end the housing crisis.
