Selina was born in Newfoundland to beloved Lukey's Boat folk singer, the late Laverne Squires. Her musical influences include Traditional Newfoundland, Folk, and 60’s Rock. Writing and performing professionally in a range of styles from folk to electronic since 2011, Selina has independently booked and completed multiple tours across Canada, the US, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Scotland, Ireland, Mexico and the UK. Now with six albums and multiple award nominations, she is preparing for an Atlantic tour and writing new material for her next releases. Her most recent accomplishments include her latest recording produced by Multi-Grammy Award Winning, Greg Wells for his Christmas Album in 2024, as well as the release of her sixth album Take My Heart and Run in 2025. As of Sept, 2025 Selina has been named semi finalist for the Unsigned Only Music Awards and Alternative Artist of the Year by MusicNL. Selina has established herself as a noteworthy artist. Her previous albums have not only resonated with audiences but have also received recognition with seven MusicNL nominations, including Alternative Artist of the Year (2023, 2024, 2025), Electronic Artist of the Year (Chalk - “My Chalk Stuff” 2022), Inspirational Artist of the year (2019), and Female Artist of the Year and Pop Rock Recording of the Year (2015). Janeil Chantelle Janeil Chantelle is a singer/songwriter from South River, Newfoundland. For over 15 years, she has performed in intimate venues across the province, blending elements of R&B, blues, country, and folk. Her musical style is shaped by influential artists such as Janis Joplin, Bonnie Raitt, Jewel, Mariah Carey, and Stevie Nicks. In 2024, Janeil signed with Scilly Cove Records, an independent label founded by Grammy-winning producer Greg Wells. This collaboration has played a key role in refining her artistry. She is currently working on her debut album, with the goal of creating music that resonates deeply with listeners. With a voice that carries both grit and soul, and songwriting rooted in raw emotion and lived experience, Janeil Chantelle is carving out a sound that’s entirely her own. As she steps into this next chapter, her music promises to be honest, haunting, and unforgettable. Darcy Scott Darcy Scott is an award-winning Indie-Folk songsmith from Newfoundland and Labrador. He has been performing across Atlantic Canada and Ontario. His debut EP Wasted Spaces showcases a blend of honest and heartfelt songs that stay with you long after the last chord. This release would go on to win Darcy the MusicNL award for Folk/Roots Artist Of The Year (2023).
