Join the Atlantic String Quartet for a magnifique musical tour of French inspiration and flair on April 26, 2026 at 7:30pm at the D.F. Cook Recital Hall!

This recital features Darius Milhaud’s expressive String Quartet No. 12, Op. 252, a heartfelt tribute to Gabriel Fauré. Then, experience the charm of Ernest MacMillan’s Two Sketches on French Canadian Airs, capturing the spirit of Canada’s rich musical heritage. Camille Saint-Saëns brings depth and drama with his String Quartet No. 1 in E minor, Op. 112, full of elegance and emotion.

To top it off, selections from Hawa Diabaté’s Tegere Tulon introduce captivating rhythms and storytelling from Mali, adding a fresh global flair. This diverse program blends tradition and innovation—string together an unforgettable night of music!
