INTRO TO LINO-PRINTING WORKSHOP

Join us for a beginner-friendly linocut workshop offered by Art Start, located in St. John’s, NL, where we provide art classes and workshops for adults.

In a relaxed environment, under the guidance of Artist Jodie Simms, you'll learn the basics of creating a linocut. Discover what makes an effective linocut design and how to safely use tools to carve your block. At the end of the session, you'll print a small edition of your own single-color linocut to take home with you. All skill levels are welcome, but this workshop is aimed at complete beginners.
