Goat yoga is coming to the St. John's Farmers' Market. In this class you'll enjoy a  45 minute gentle yoga flow led by a certified instructor with the help of the cutest four-legged assistants in town. Class is followed by a 15 minute free time with the goats so bring your phone for selfies. 

Expect movement, mindfulness and goat silliness. No yoga experience needed - just bring your mat, slippers/thick socks and a sense of humour.
