- **Event Description**: Join us for a family friendly guided walk, where we will be chatting all things nature. This event is free to attend. All ages are welcome. This is a slow-paced (kid pace) walk and we have lots of time to chat about things we find and see, such as plants, birds, mosses, lichens, tracks, etc.

This walk will look a little different than our typical walks consisting of longer stops to observe birds. Everyone is welcome, all ages and experience levels! Whether you're new to birding or a seasoned observer, this is a space to learn from each others experience's. 

Please dress for the weather, the trails could be wet, snowy, and slippery. Hiking footwear (or warm winter boots in wintery weather) is recommended. By participating you assume full responsibility for risks arising out of or related to participation in this event.

***In the event of postponement, the hike will be moved to Sunday, same time same place, please keep an eye on this event for any updates ***

Your support allows us to provide free programming for people in our province: Membership is not required to attend our public talks, but we do encourage people who enjoy our public events to support us with a membership ($25/year).
