How each Saturday works:

1. Bakers drop‑off

2. Tasting session
•  Doors open at 2:00 pm.
•  Judges receive a tasting plate, a ballot, and a number 
corresponding to each baker.

3. Voting
•  Judges taste at their own pace.
•  Ballots are collected by the end of the session.
•  Votes are tallied and the winner is announced
