- **Event Description**: Regarding full participation  in that meeting, the by-laws of L'Arche Avalon require that persons  be members in good standing for six weeks prior to the AGM.  This year that deadline is May 3rd.  This means that in order to nominate a member to the Board, to offer yourself for service on the Board and to vote at the AGM, you must have paid membership dues by May 3rd. 

There are three ways you may pay the $20 membership fee:
You may pay through e-transfer to treasurer@larcheavalon.ca.  Please indicate "membership."
You may mail the fee to L'Arche Avalon, P.O. Box 1573, Stn. C, St. John's, A1C 5P3
You may pay in person at one of our upcoming events, such as Music Circle on March 28th or the Monthly Gathering on April 19th.

Just to clarify, we like you to show your support by becoming a member, but you are more than welcome to participate in all our L'Arche Avalon events and activities, with or without membership.  This notice is specifically related to your participation in the Annual General Meeting in June.
