Welcome to join us for a new series of 8-week Winter 2026 classes from Jan 29th - March 26th   Thursdays 10:30 - 12:00 and 7:00 - 8:30 for all levels ... and 2:00 - 3:30 for those who have already done my classes and know the basics of the practice.

Come and more deeply awaken your natural Energy and aliveness from within for increasing energy, wellness, balance, flexibility, confidence, and JOY!  A mix of gentle movements, sound vibration using your own voice, visualization, meditation, and posture alignment. Can be done standing or seated and can be done by virtually anyone. Can modify as your body might need.
