Welcome to join us for a new series of 8-week Winter 2026 Tuesdays 10:30 - 12:00 and 7:00 - 8:30 for all levels ... and 2:00 - 3:30 for those who have already done my classes and know the basics of the practice.

Come and more deeply awaken your natural Energy and aliveness from within for increasing energy, balance, overall wellness, and increasing confidence and JOY! A set of 20 gentle easy to learn and easy to do movements, Can be done standing or seated and can be done by virtually anyone. Can modify as your body might need. Also a focus on postural alignment for optimal benefits
