First released in 1997, 11:11 brought together some of Newfoundland and Labrador’s most distinctive female voices to record songs co‑written by Connie Hynes and Ron Hynes—and it remains one of the province’s most celebrated recordings.

Nearly three decades later, the Arts & Culture Centre, in collaboration with Vicky Hynes and Connie Hynes, brings that same spirit back to the stage. This special concert celebration unites artists across generations to celebrate this landmark recording.

The evening features live performances by original 11:11 recording artists including: Vicky Hynes, Anita Best, Damhnait Doyle, Kim Stockwood, Colleen Power, Mary Barry, Shirley Montague, Shirley Dalton, and Pamela Morgan. Joining them is a new wave of Newfoundland and Labrador women whose own work carries the province’s songwriting tradition forward: Lori Cooper, Amelia Curran, Andrea Monro, Karla Pilgrim, Sherry Ryan, Jamie Dart, Suzanne Power, and Janet Cull.

Together, this extraordinary ensemble bridges eras of Newfoundland music—revisiting 11:11 songs alongside other beloved co‑writes  popularized by Ron's remarkable career.
