On Saturday, April 11th, we invite you into a grounded, supportive day devoted to your changing body — one that recognizes that hormones alone are not the whole story.

This experience is rooted in devotion:
Devotion to listening instead of pushing.
Devotion to rest instead of resistance.
Devotion to caring for your body differently in this season.

• Menopause-supportive yoga & breathwork
• Aromatherapy education
• A personal aromatherapy support ($25 value), intentionally curated for each guest
• Nourishing lunch + optional nature walk
• Guided meditation + sound bath to support & nervous system regulation

Jessica is a proud member of both The Canadian Menopause Society and The Menopause Society, bringing trusted, specialized menopause expertise with a compassionate, whole-body approach.
