Water for general hydration or/and flask with you favourite tea/cacao. Please avoid caffeine 3h prior to the event.About the Event:Together we will explore grounding practices rooted in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to restore your energy and support the nervous system, which will allow the body to experience deep rest. The yoga will predominantly be seated, with a focus on specific breathing techniques and meditation. Kundalini yoga awakens energy and the gong vibrations will help release tension and integrate the practice. During the Sound Bathing you will be asked to get comfortable under a blanket while being immersed in a soundscape of frequencies. The healing vibrations are absorbed throughout the entire body which triggers the parasympathetic nervous system, and in turn, helps the body to spark its natural ability to heal and balance. You will also have an opportunity to try some delicious homemade treats created to built your vitality.About Your Host:Boshka Grygoriew-Alvy has been exploring the world of holistic wellness and alternative healing modalities for the past 18 years, deeply inspired by ancient teachings of Chinese Medicine, Qi-Gong, Ayurveda and Yoga. Looking for stillness and silence within, brought her to studying Sound Healing and qualifying as a NAAD Yoga Sound Meditation Teacher, accredited by Yoga Alliance and CMA. Boshka is also a Restorative Yoga Teacher and a Health Coach specialising inNutritional Therapy and Mineral Testing.Aimee Hall is the owner and teacher of St Ives Yoga. She decided to fulfil her dream of becoming a yoga teacher after the completion of undergraduate degree in Sports Coaching. With over 13 years of personal practice and exploring different styles of yoga all over the world, Aimee holds qualifications in Ashtanga Vinyasa 200hr RYT, Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Healing, Yoga Sculpt 50hr, Thai Vedic Holistic Therapy Training 200hr and Kundalini Yoga.
