- **Event Description**: The St Ia Flower Festival is back for another year of May Day Weekend beauty at St Ia's Church!

From Saturday 2nd May to Monday 4th May, the lovely 15th-century church will be open daily from 10:00 until 16:00. Visitors are welcome during these hours to enjoy an array of stunning floral displays - to which we are thrilled to have been invited to contribute!

In addition there are 3 musical recitals, to which all are welcome:
•     Saturday 2nd May: Piano recital by Taylor Williams (1:15–2:00PM), followed by an Evening Choir Concert with St Ia’s Choir and Kernow Voices (7:00–9:00PM).
•     Sunday 3rd May: Choral Evensong (5:30–6:45PM) 
•     Monday 4th May: Organ Recital by Jeffrey Williams (2:00–2:45PM) celebrating the historic instrument at the heart of the church.

The Festival is a wonderful reminder of how community spaces bring people together. We hope you’ll join the festivities at some point over the weekend. 

This year’s donations will benefit 3 long-time local charities: The RNLI St Ives, St Ia Hele Organ Restoration Fund - and us! The generosity of community members will, therefore, continue to benefit these long-standing St Ives treasures for years to come. We are very grateful to be included.
