- **Event Description**: This workshop is especially for Mothers-to-Be and new parents, but all are welcome to come and share their mothering and feeding experiences.

In this workshop, we explore birth scenarios, how to establish breastfeeding, getting to know your baby, avoiding common challenges and the role of fathers / partners.

We provide information and practical help skills to help new parents on the start of their breastfeeding / parenting journey and how to access support.

Meet and talk to other mums, enjoy a social get-together, chit chat and time with friends. Our venue has a wonderful play space, including a sensory play area, so little ones can enjoy playing and having fun too. 

Children of all ages welcome and a wide variety of toys is available.  Pram / wheelchair friendly access. Refreshments available. Free car parking - please drive RIGHT UP TO the barrier to gain access to the car park. 

There will be a variety of LLL gifts, literature and information packs for sale, related to the topic, so you may wish to bring some cash with you, in case there's something you'd like to buy.

LLLGB is a registered charity, and as such, we welcome donations to help pay for our ongoing group costs.  Parents can donate any amount they wish to, but a suggested donation of £3.00 per parent or £5.00 per family is appreciated. 

Donations are payable in cash on the day.
