What is Winter FACETS?
The Winter FACETS Conference brings together educators, program coordinators, youth development specialists, and Extension professionals committed to strengthening 4-H After School programming and enhancing skills that benefit both rural and urban youth and their communities.

This event is designed to:

• Provide networking opportunities
• Share innovative strategies, best practices, and research insights

Session Topics Include:

• Youth engagement techniques
• STEM integration in afterschool programs
• Building strong community partnerships
• Understanding ages and stages of youth development
• Addressing rural and urban program challenges
