Please join Emily and Natalie for a sacred healing practice. We will gather at the Breathe Salt Room in St. George and unite for an evening of sacred sound healing. We will utilize sacred healing drums, halo therapy with salt, intuitive channeling and Reiki to guide our emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual bodies into alignment. We will also identify and release stuck emotional energy and negative perspectives that are holding us back.

There is power in gathering in a group and coming together for a shared purpose. Each person brings to the ceremony their own unique essence and lends to the healing of all others in attendance. When we gather as a group, we are better able to see different perspectives and oftentimes find and heal embedded parts of us that we were not able to access and identify on our own previously.

Emily Lind is a Master of Sacred Sound Therapy and a Master of Integrated Healing Arts. She also has attunements to Holy Fire Reiki. She has a deep love, respect, and appreciation for the sacred healing drum. She uses sacred sound therapy and intuitive channeling to identify and help release stored and trapped energy and negative perspectives.

Natalie is a Master of Integrated Healing Arts. She also has attunements to Holy Fire Reiki and Sun Quantum. She uses all of her modalities to help identify and release stored and trapped energy and negative perspectives. 

Feel free to bring a sacred drum. If you have your own. If you don't have your own sacred drum yet that's okay, drums will be provided.
Will be in the salt room. Barefoot is best inside the room. The salt helps to transmute anything we release in ceremony. Having your bare feet in contact with the salt is most beneficial. Cushions/blankets are provided. If you'd like to bring your own for comfort you're welcome too. Bring a water bottle. Being in the salt and moving energy can increase our thirst and need for water.
Mature topics and content is possible while we are healing. Please no children are to be in attendance.
