A Sound Bath + Reiki Experience
As winter softens and the season begins to shift, we find ourselves standing at a quiet doorway between what has been and what is ready to emerge.
Crossing the Threshold is a ceremonial sound bath and Reiki experience designed to support you in navigating transition with presence, safety, and intention. Through immersive sound, gentle energy work, and a carefully held space, participants are invited to release what no longer serves, honor the pause between chapters, and step forward with grounded clarity.
This experience acknowledges that growth does not require force.
You are allowed to move slowly.
You are allowed to be uncertain.
You are allowed to cross in your own time.
