Each course is homemade right here at The Chateau and then expertly paired with one of our award-winning wines produced and bottled here in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin.
In addition to the appetizer courses, you will be able to hear from the chef and the winemaker about the ingredients used and how and why we paired them with each one. You will leave with recipes for each of the courses and be able to purchase the wines for pairing.
