Join Cait for a weekly outdoor Qigong & Somatic Healing Practice in the park under the majestic trees of St.Cloud.

About this Event

Sending a warm invitation to you to join us for weekly Qigong sessions in the park with Cait, starting this Wednesday and continuing every Wednesday thereafter! Whether you're new to Qigong or a seasoned practitioner, everyone is welcome to participate in this rejuvenating practice. Cait has been teaching Qigong for over a decade and has studied intensively in China and Hawaii. She is thrilled to offer this somatic practice to our community as a pay-what-you-can offering.

What is Qigong?

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, deep breathing, and focused intention to promote overall well-being and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. It is often referred to as "moving meditation" and is renowned for its ability to enhance vitality, reduce stress, and cultivate inner peace. Cait also infuses her practice with various other somatic healing techniques to nurture the nervous sytem and expand body-mind awareness.

Event Details:

  • Day: Every Wednesday
  • Time: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  • Location: Ralph V. Chisholm Regional Park. Meet near the beach on the far side of Pavilion D.
  • Registration: Please register on Eventbrite to secure your spot. Last minute drop-ins are also welcome.
  • Donation Based: This practice is donation-based, allowing everyone to participate regardless of financial means. Please pay what you can. 10% will be donated back to our community non-profit.
  • What to Bring: Come prepared with comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and an open heart. Yoga mat or blanket can be used to practice upon if prefered. No prior experience is necessary.
  • Community Grounding: Our sessions are not just about practicing Qigong; they're also an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and ground ourselves tp recalibrate with earth's frequency (432hz).

Qigong is a practice for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. Whether you're looking to start your day with a sense of calm or simply want to explore new ways to nurture your well-being, we invite you to join us in the park for a dyanmic community experience.
