PARKING: Downtown St. Cloud parking rules include nightly maintenance and cleanup from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. when parking is prohibited. On-street meters and lots require payment at all hours, with fees being $1.00 per hour (or a three-hour maximum for on-street), and parking ramps are free weeknights after 5:00 p.m. and all day on weekends. Specific downtown lots also have free parking starting at 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. and all day on weekends. Metered and lot parking

• On-street meters and lots: Enforced at all hours and days.
• Fee: $1.00 per hour.
• Hours: Enforced all hours and days, except for the 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. maintenance period.
• Maximum: A three-hour maximum for on-street parking.
• Specific lots: Cloverleaf, Plaza, Swan, River's Edge North, and River's Edge South lots.
• Fee: $1.00 per hour.
• Hours: Enforced at all hours and days, except for free parking from 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. and all-day weekends.

Parking ramps

• Fee: $1.00 per hour, with a maximum daily charge of $10.00.
• Hours: Free weeknights after 5:00 p.m. and all day on weekends.
• Mobile App: A 60-minute free ramp parking is available for users of the mobile app.

General and prohibited parking

• Maintenance period: No parking is allowed on the street from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. for maintenance activities.
• No parking zones: Illegally park in zones that are marked for no parking, or your vehicle will be ticketed and towed.
• Street parking: You must park with the flow of traffic and cannot park on a sidewalk, in front of a fire hydrant, or in a crosswalk, among other restrictions.
• Winter parking: A separate winter parking rule is in effect from November 1 to April 1, between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m., regardless of snowfall.
