Info: Upon arrival at the ranch, check in with registration personnel at the guard shack to receive your arm band for all meals and your goodie bags from our vendors and sponsors.

Info: Once you clear registration, pull onto the runway where your horses will be verified for current Coggins by our partners from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

Info: Now you're set and ready to be escorted by our team members to your assigned camp site on either side of our 60' wide, 1-mile long runway.

Info: This is a mandatory meeting in the Base Camp before dinner where we will go over important information about the weekend's events and activities. You will also be able to get your competitor number that must be displayed during the Arena Games and Obstacle Challenge.

Info: Cowboy Chicken specializes in fantastic, wood-fired rotisserie chicken and homemade sides.

Info: Join the Osceola County Sheriff's Office Mounted Patrol Unit in the arena to expose and desensitize your mount to sensory training elements including lights, sirens, flares, tarps, pool noodles, mattresses, barrels, and many more. The arena is about a 30-40 minute horseback ride from the base camp area.
