Discovering the Chakras

Learn about your energy centers and how to bring balance and harmony to each of them. In this workshop we will discuss how chakras influence the way you experience life, and tools to keep the chakras content. Learn signs of imbalance and how they manifest in daily life. At the end of the discussion, we will have a brief movement practice to help you leave with a beautiful balance between feeling recharged and at peace.
