Chakra Series - Sacral Chakra

Join April and Janelle, from Infinite Potential Healing for a monthly deep dive into the body’s seven main chakras, the subtle energy centers that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Each 2-hour workshop will include thoughtful discussion, gentle yoga to balance the featured chakra, and a guided meditation led by Janelle.

Explore your connection to pleasure, passion, and emotional expression, and our ability to move forward through our lives with ease, flow, and grace. This session invites gentle hip-opening movements and fluid sequences to reignite your creativity and embrace joy in movement and life, as well as meditation to help remove and release any creative blocks, any blocks to your fullest, and most joyful life experience and self-expression, and anything that has kept you stuck or from moving forward in the directions that your heart most wants to go.
