Join us on Saturday, June 20th from 6:30–8:00 PM for a nourishing Yin + Sound Bowls experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself as we welcome the longest day of the year.

We’ll begin with a grounding yin yoga practice featuring long-held, supported poses to calm the nervous system and open the body gently and deeply. You’ll then be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls, allowing the body and mind to fully relax and restore.

This special solstice gathering is an invitation to pause, reset, and align with the warmth and light of the season ahead.
