Beginner Yoga

New to yoga? This 3-week series is designed just for you! Learn how a yoga class flows, why we use props, and the foundations of key poses. All in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.

Each week builds your confidence while showing you how to modify poses for your body, limitations, or injuries. You’ll learn how to use props to make yoga work for you, not against you.

You’ll leave the series feeling more comfortable on your mat and ready to join any Hippie Yoga class with confidence. Plus, you’ll receive one free class to use after the series to keep your practice going.

Bring your curiosity, comfy clothes, and an open mind, we’ll take care of the rest.
