Join us for an action-packed morning filled with sweat, support, and community spirit. Our local heroes will push through the SAC Test — a true test of grit and endurance — while Burn STL members, firefighter families, and the public cheer them on from the sidelines!

What is the Strength and Conditioning Test? This Burn Boot Camp staple challenge is required by all Burn Boot Camp Trainers. There are six elements that can be performed in any order, but must be completed in a 15 minute time cap. Elements with an asterisk (*) indicate unbroken reps only.

15 Pull Ups*
50 Push Ups*
50 Jump Squats
50 Full Burpees
1/2 Mile Run
WOMEN:
