Join members of the Niagara Fundraisers Network for a casual morning of conversation and idea-sharing focused on Insights from the Front Lines: Employer Expectations meet Candidate Aspirations led by Ellsie Rusonik and Jill Anderson from KCI’s Search + Talent.

In this session Ellie and Jill will explore strategies that make an organization a place where people want to work and where they choose to stay. Drawing from years of executive search experience, they will share insights that help create workplaces that attract top talent in a competitive market and build loyalty, growth and satisfaction among existing staff.
