Format
This is a 2000 point matched play event using the most recent Generals Handbook. It is likely we will have the 2025-2026 GHB around this point. If the GHB is released on the day of the event we WILL be using it.

Schedule
8:30-8:50 Registration (be at the venue by this time)
9:00-12:10 Round 1
12:10-12:40 Lumch
12:40-3:50 Round 2
3:50-7:00 Round 3

The 10 extra minutes added to each round is for players to reach their assigned tables, deploy terrain, discuss army rules. Players are not to set up armies in this 10 minute window.

A hard dice down ruling will be in effect. Once the round is over if a game is unfinished the current score is to be input. No “talking out” will be possible once the round has concluded.

Terrain
We will be using the terrain layouts found in the GHB. Terrain is not to be moved off the tables. Whatever is placed there you must use. Terrain may be swapped out by the TO should the battle plan call for more of a certain type of terrain feature.

Hobby
Painting is not required for this event however your models must be built. Any prints and proxies must be approved by the TO prior to the event. Printed bits that enhance your models look or basing are allowed. Entirely printed armies are not allowed. Max 1 large model or unit of up to 20 models may be printed.

This event will be on the ITC hobby track

Sportsmanship
Chess clocks are not mandatory for this event but are encouraged in the interest of keeping things fair. Be kind and courteous towards one another. Any sort of abrasive behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone found cheating will be asked to leave the event. The ITC code of conduct is in effect for this event.
