Brink for a Cause - College Hill Forum

The College Hill Forum is the community council for College Hill.

We are looking to raise money for surveys and engagement as we develop our neighborhood plan. College Hill's neighborhood plan has not been updated since the 70s and we want to put something together that reflects the community and our goals today.
