🌿 Gentle yoga poses to support your body throughout pregnancy and help prepare for birth

🌬️ Breathwork techniques you can use during pregnancy, labour, birth, and beyond

🧘‍♀️ Deep relaxation practices suitable for every stage of your journey

💫 Hypnobirthing-inspired techniques to build calm, confidence, and connection

🤰In this special workshop, we’ll come together in a beautiful, supportive pregnancy circle. You’ll be guided through a gentle movement practice, calming breathwork, and a deeply restorative relaxation.

Afterwards, enjoy time to get creative ~ paint your beautiful bump and capture the moment with photos in a serene space 📸🎨

We’ll then finish downstairs with a drink of your choice and a slice of homemade cake 🍰
Birth partners are warmly welcome to join for the belly painting portion (additional refreshments available at extra cost).
