Beginning with a mindfulness meditation we transition into the sound bath which promotes your relaxation and help you to release stress, anxiety and tension.

Alex is an experienced Mindfulness Practitioner and promotes mindful living through courses and sessions.

Suitable for those who are experienced and also beginners. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket if you have them. We can provide these if you let us know in advance.

Please let us know if you would like to come but are unable to lie on the floor so we can provide suitable chairs.
Wearing layered and loose clothing will help you to feel more comfortable during the process.
