Hanak workshop
Come and join us on 15th November @ Foxons fishing tackle, for the very first of its kind. Located on the banks of the famous River Dee in North Wales, Llangollen.
Along with putting your hands on some of the best Fly Fishing equipment on the market. Come and meet some of the members from our Hanak UK team, who will be on hand throughout the day offering demonstrations, presentations, master classes, fly tying and much more.
We are incredibly excited to announce our first of a series of workshops that will be taking place around the UK.
These workshops have been inspired by the increasing demand in popularity of the Hanak product line. Most noticeably the rod range, which is fast becoming renowned by those that have had the chance to try these stunning rods as the best rods they have ever used. (their words, not ours).
So much so, they have parted with their existing premium range rods, to replace them with what we agree to be the best river fishing based fly rods on the market.
Whether you are looking for your next purchase of a new fly rod or you can’t get on with your current fly rod and it doesn’t meet your expectations.
Struggling with finding the best leader set ups for dry fly fishing, euronymphing, duo, wet fly or spiders.
Even if you’re just looking to improve every aspect of your Fishing. Come and join some of the top international level competition Fly fishers in the country who will be on hand to answer all your questions and demonstrate tactics, techniques and approach to better your watercraft and understanding so that you can enjoy your time on the water even more.
Throughout the day, we will be doing a thorough breakdown of suggested tackle, shooting a series of environment and techniques. Explaining things in such a way that it all makes sense and reduces confusion.
To ensure that you start making good first choices and and encourage calculated decision-making.
Moving on, we will discuss leader set ups along with methods and Fly spacings.
Followed by a presentation on approach and reading the water well to utilise the best areas to locate fish.
To covering useful hacks that can reduce frustration and better the quality of Fishing time spent on the water.
Demonstrating improved fish playing skills to ensure that a higher percentage of fish meet the net successfully and reduce the loss of fish using the right tools and understandings of rod angles.
On top of all this, we will be offering an insight into the world of competition Fly Fishing and there will be opportunities to look inside the boxes.
Even if you’re just looking for a day out and something to do for your weekend, this is a great opportunity for like-minded people to unite and enjoy and celebrate the love for fishing.
Whilst also supporting actual brick and mortar fly shops.
There is nothing quite like going into a tackle shop and having a conversation i’m getting the advice you need to make a well made purchase. Whilst not every Flyshop has the knowledge of all their Tackle. Nick has personally tried and tested the Hanak products himself which led to him being the first brick and mortar shop, with the largest range of Hanak products in the UK
This now means you can go and put your hands on the Tackle and experience products firsthand.
